Giving up.

Due to consistent failure to post, the comic has officially died. However, this story remains a mainstay of my writing career, and I will from here on out be posting a story blog of the Shades of Crimson story. There is a link to it on the links sidebar to the right. (if not yet, there will be in a few minutes.)

Thank you for reading. I will keep posting various things here, and I will let you know of the other works of Iscariot Studios. Until then, friends...

Okay.

Well, comic 18 went up yesterday. It seems we're back almost where we started, with sketched comics, only now that I've got good colored pencils, they'll be colored that way. I dunno how I feel about this...except discouraged that I only got one response. Oh well. Most of my readers right now are close friends anyway, so they just told me in person I guess...and the rest of my readers probably stopped reading with the hiatus...*sighs* I'm sorry, everyone. I'll try to keep up. If I fall behind, read my blog, and you'll probably see why.

ARGH!

Man, things just are not getting better. It may be a while until this is all sorted out. I'm looking at maybe going back to purely sketched comics...I don't want to, but in order to keep up, I might have to. If anyone has any severe objections to this, please comment and let me know. I'll take a serious look at your comments and see what I think after that.

Alright. This is Yami.

You may have noticed a severe lack of posting of comics. Believe me, there is a reason for all of this. All hell has broken loose in my life, very few things are safe from this chaos. The comic is not one of them. I have all the art done, it just needs coloring, which I need to be at the tech center to do. Derek did a lovely job on the backgrounds, although I think next time I'll have him do those last. The comic will be up no later than next week.

Comic 17 of Shades of Crimson went up yesterday. Yay. We're back on track, folks!

A new member!

Everyone, give a warm welcome to our latest member, Derek Ragner! He will be helping with the backgrounds and such until contact can be made with Bri, and we get something worked out. Derek is in my Multimedia class, and just happens to sit next to me. His work in Adobe Illustrator attracted my attention, and so he will be helping me out from here on. He also happens to have quite the talent for backgrounds and complicated things, so this is good. ^_^
A new comic is in the works, and will go up Wednesday if all goes as planned.

Slight delay...

Okay, this is Yami again. Bri is not answering her email. I need to give her a call...but as for now, there is no comic this week because there is no planning page. Instead, I will be doing the comic alone next week, if, of course, I can't contact Bri still. I'm proud of myself, I've completed the planning, and, using Illustrator, I've created the panels and speech bubbles. Everything is ready except the art itself. I'm also expecting to put up a random four panel comic that has nothing to do with SHoCR. (SHades of CRimson)I thought it was funny, so I think I'll post it. Maybe I'll post it here? Who knows...
